Bayonne to Look at 46th Street & Broadway Site for Redevelopment

CITY OF BAYONNE PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APRIL 14, 2015 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Bayonne Planning Board will hold a Meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. to investigate a delineated area within the City of Bayonne that is generally located on the northwest corner of Broadway and West 46th Street, and more specifically known as and including: Block 77, Lots 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, as shown on the Official Tax Map of the City of Bayonne. The purpose of the investigation is to determine whether such delineated area should be designated a non-condemnation area in need of redevelopment pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. (Local Redevelopment and Housing Law), which determination, if so made, shall, among other things, authorize the City to use all of the powers provided by the Legislature for use in a redevelopment area, however, it shall not authorize the City to exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire property. A map of such delineated area has been prepared and can be inspected by the public during normal business hours at the Office of the Clerk of the City of Bayonne, Municipal Building, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 beginning at 6:00 P.M., in the Dorothy E. Harrington Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, located at 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey. At this hearing, which may be adjourned from time to time, the Planning Board will hear all persons who are interested in or would be affected by a determination that these properties within the City qualify as a non-condemnation redevelopment area. You may appear either in person or by attorney and present any objections or concerns you may have. All objections to such a determination and evidence in support of those objections, given orally or in writing, shall be received and made part of the public record. Robert M. East Brunswick off to the redevelopment races at Race Track Road

EAST BRUNSWICK PLEASE BE ADVISED that MCB East Brunswick, LLC as applicant, has made application to the East Brunswick Township Planning Board for preliminary and final site plan and minor subdivision with bulk variance and waiver relief to amend the existing improvements and add improvements on lands known as Block 89, Lots 1.03, 1.04, 2.03, and 2.04, which property is also known as 50 Race Track Road, East Brunswick Township, Middlesex County, New Jersey. The property is approximately 10.12 acres in size and is currently improved with an existing one-story masonry shopping center building (Grocery Store/Autozone). The property is zoned Highway Commercial 2 (HC-2). The applicant proposes to redevelop the existing shopping center, create a 5,428 plus or minus square feet free standing building, and seek a minor subdivision of the property to create three lots. Ho-Ho-Kus to Review Mixed Use Project

PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an Application for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval and related use and bulk variances for property identified as 619 North Maple Avenue, 217 First Street and 239 First Street, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey (“Property”) has been filed by Jonathan L. Mechanic on behalf of a project to be known as Ho-Ho-Kus Crossing (“Applicant”). The Application has been filed with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus, pursuant to the provisions of the Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus Zoning Code. The Property is designated as Block 1016, Lots 3, 5 and 11on the current Borough of Ho-Ho-Kus tax assessment map. The project proposes a mixed use development, consisting of 27 residential apartments, 12,884+/- sq. ft. of retail space and 9,307+/- sq. ft. of office space, together with ancillary site improvements, i.e. parking, lighting, stormwater management, etc. The Property is currently used for a mix of retail and office tenancies. Westampton Planning Board to Consider the Lands Of Project Freedom for Redevelopment

NOTICE OF HEARING TOWNSHIP OF WESTAMPTON Please take notice that the Westampton Township Land Development Board will hold a hearing on April 1, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Building, 710 Rancocas Road, Westampton, to consider a redevelopment plan for the redevelopment of Block 203, Lot 4.03 as a Non-Condemnation Redevelopment Area. All persons with comments or questions regarding the redevelopment plan will be given an opportunity to address the Land Development Board during the public hearing.
