NOTICE OF DECISION CITY OF HOBOKEN HOBOKEN PLANNING BOARD The City of Hoboken City Council passed a resolution on November 18, 2013, referring an ordinance to the Planning Board of the City of Hoboken to review and provide its recommendations concerning an ordinance amending the NorthWest Redevelopment Plan and Appendix A to Chapter 196. The Planning Board held a public hearing on December 3, 2013 and recommends the Governing Body proceed and pass its Ordinance Amending the Northwest Redevelopment Plan and Appendix A of Chapter 196.
