CITY OF BAYONNE PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE, is hereby given that an ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAYONNE, IN THE COUNTY OF HUDSON, NEW JERSEY ADOPTING THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN RELATING TO THE PROPERTY AT 199-200 WEST 54TH STREET COMMONLY KNOWN AS BLOCK 32, LOT 21.01 (FORMERLY BLOCK 23, LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 21) IN THE CITY OF BAYONNE introduced and passed a first reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bayonne held January 15, 2014, and will be the subject of a public hearing and further consideration at a regular meeting of the City Council to be held February 19, 2014 in the Dorothy E. Harrington Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey, at 12:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached. At the time and place aforesaid, all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning said ordinance.
