Bayonne Adopts the West 54th Street Redevelopment Plan

  CITY OF BAYONNE PUBLIC NOTICE   NOTICE, is hereby given that an ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAYONNE, IN THE COUNTY OF HUDSON, NEW JERSEY ADOPTING THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN RELATING TO THE PROPERTY AT 199-200 WEST 54TH STREET COMMONLY KNOWN AS BLOCK 32, LOT 21.01 (FORMERLY BLOCK 23, LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 21) IN THE CITY OF BAYONNE introduced and passed a first reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bayonne held January 15, 2014, and will be the subject of a public hearing and further consideration at a regular meeting of the City Council to be held February 19, 2014 in the Dorothy E. Harrington Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey, at 12:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached.  At the time and place aforesaid, all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning said ordinance.  The purpose of said ordinance: Adopting the Redevelopment Plan for the Baker Hi Hat project   A copy of this ordinance have been posted on the bulletin board upon which public notices are customarily posted in the lobby of the Municipal Building of the City of Bayonne, and a copy is available at not charge up to and including the time of such meeting to the members of the general public of the city who shall request one, at the Office of the City Clerk.
