NOTICE OF HEARING TOWNSHIP OF DELRAN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the Delran Township Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 6, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. , in the Delran Township municipal building in accordance with the Redevelopment and Housing Law (RHL) for consideration to the proposed investigation on adding the following property to the redevelopment area of the Delran Township: Block 125, Lot 14 (10 Rancocas Avenue)
A copy of the Preliminary Investigation Study prepared by The Pettit Group, LLC, is available for review in the Delran Township Planning & Zoning Board office during normal business hours. This investigation is being done in accordance with Delran Town Council Resolution #2013-60, a copy of which is also on file in the Delran Township municipal building. Anyone with questions concerning this matter may contact this office during normal business hours.
