NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE TOWNSHIP OF BORDENTOWN ORDINANCE NO. 2014-1 The ordinance published herewith was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Bordentown, in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, held on January 13, 2014. It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the Township Committee to be held in the Municipal Building, in the Township of Bordentown on February 10, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., and during the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of said Ordinance will be made available at the Clerk’s Office to the members of the general public who shall request the same. WHEREAS, the Township Committee of the Township of Bordentown in its capacity as the redevelopment authority has reviewed the Southern Gateway Redevelopment Area Redevelopment Plan prepared by Edward E. Fox of the Burlington County Bridge Commission for the redevelopment area designated as Block 120, Lots 1-14; Block 121, Lots 1-5; Block 122, Lots 1-10; Block 127, Lots 2-3; and Block 128.01, Lots 1-12, 14-16, 29-32.02 and 35-38; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township of Bordentown in its capacity as the redevelopment authority that the Southern Gateway Redevelopment Area Redevelopment Plan is hereby approved.
