NOTICE TO BE PUBLISHED IN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER PLANNING BOARD CITY OF BAYONNE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on the 11th day of February, 2014 the City of Bayonne Planning Board will hold a meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Dorothy E. Harrington Council Chambers, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey to hear the application of 304 Broadway Partners, LLC bearing file# P-13-015. Applicant is a redevelopment partnership for the property at 298-304 Broadway, also known as Lot 8 in Block 258, Bayonne, New Jersey 07002. Applicant seeks final major site plan approval to construct a five-story residential building with a total of 38 units, including two apartments on the ground floor. The plans call for 19 off-street parking spaces. As the ground floor apartments are a permitted conditional use, applicant does not seek any variances. All maps and documents are on file in the office of the Planning Board and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
