Bayonne to Adopt Redevelopment Area for Harbor Station North

CITY OF BAYONNE PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE, is hereby given that an ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BAYONNE, IN THE COUNTY OF HUDSON, NEW JERSEY ADOPTING THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE HARBOR STATION NORTH DISTRICT OF THE PENINSULA AT BAYONNE HARBOR, PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7 introduced and passed a first reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Bayonne …held February 12, 2014, and will be the subject of a public hearing and further consideration at a regular meeting of the City Council to be held MARCH 5, 2014 in the Dorothy E. Harrington Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey, at 4:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached. At the time and place aforesaid, all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning said ordinance. The purpose of said ordinance: Adopting the Redevelopment Plan for the Harbor Station North District of the Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor A copy of this ordinance have been posted on the bulletin board upon which public notices are customarily posted in the lobby of the Municipal Building of the City of Bayonne, and a copy is available at not charge up to and including the time of such meeting to the members of the general public of the city who shall request one, at the Office of the City Clerk.
