Washington Township Approves Parke Place Community

>  PUBLIC NOTICE    WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD    NOTICE OF DECISION    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at its regular meeting on  March 4, 2014 the Washington Township Planning Board approved the application of Parke Place Community LLC for final major site plan approval with bulk variances and waivers and final major subdivision approval to construct a 68 unit townhouse development on the real property located at Delsea Drive and Parke Place Boulevard, Washington Township, New Jersey, and shown as Block 51.01, Lot 1 on the tax map of Washington Township, located in the Mixed Use District, within the Delsea Drive Redevelopment Area.  (In addition, Parke Place Community LLC obtained conceptual approval for a 54 unit townhouse development on the real property located on Block 51.09, Lot 1 on the tax map of Washington Township, New Jersey, together with bulk variances and waivers.)  The Board adopted Resolution 2014 – 10 at its meeting held on March 18, 2014. Copies of the applications, plans, reports, drawings, and the Resolution are on file in the office of the Planning Board, and may be inspected during regular business hours at the Planning Board office in the Washington Township Municipal Building, 523 Egg Harbor Road, Turnersville, New Jersey 08012.
