TOWN OF HARRISON PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Harrison, County of Hudson and State of New Jersey, held on April 13, 2016, the following ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading: No. 1319 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF HARRISON, COUNTY OF HUDSON, STATE OF NEW JERSEY ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE WATERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT AREA. Ordinance No. 1319 will be taken up for consideration and final passage at a meeting of the Mayor and Council on May 11, 2016 starting at 6:30 P.M., at which time and place all persons who may be interested therein will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning same. The purpose of Ordinance No.1319 is to adopt amendments to the Redevelopment Plan for the Waterfront Redevelopment Area. A copy of the aforementioned ordinance can be obtained without cost prior to the meeting at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular hours, and a copy is posted on the municipal bulletin board in the Town Hall.
