PLANNING BOARD CITY OF BAYONNE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on the 8th of July 2014 the City of Bayonne Planning Board will hold a meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Dorothy E. Harrington Council Chambers, 630 Avenue C, Bayonne, New Jersey to hear the application of 231 AVENUE C, LLC bearing file# P-14-004. The applicants are seeking a bulk variance or other relief as to Bayonne Municipal Ordinance sections 35-5.9 (e) (4), 35 -5 .9 (e) (5), 35- 5 .9 (e) (7), 35-5.26 (k) and under the Scattered Site Redevelopment Plan to permit construction of a mixed-use, commercial and residential structure at the property located at 231 Avenue C, and designated as Block 286, Lot 18 on the Tax Map of the City o f Bayonne. All maps and documents are on file in the office of the Planning Board and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
