Jersey City Seeks Environmental Professional for Site Remediation

INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids will be received by the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency for “Site Remediation at 441-457 Ocean Avenue and 79-81 Dwight Street” (Contract No. 16-02-BD1) , owned by the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency, at the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency offices at 66 York Street, in the City of Jersey City, New Jersey at 11:00 a.m. on February 11, 2016 , at which time all Bids will be opened at read aloud. The Bid Specification, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, is on file at the offices of the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency, 66 York Street, Jersey City, New Jersey 07302. The provisions of the Bid Specification shall control acceptability of all Bids. Jersey City Planning Board Permits Rehab to Existing 7 Story Building in Powerhouse Arts District

Jersey City to Hear Greenland Realty Redevelopment Application

LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at 5:30pm, a public hearing will be held by the Jersey City Planning Board at the City of Jersey City Municipal Council Chambers, City Hall, located at 136 Summit Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey regarding the application of Greenland Realty, LLC (the “Applicant”), for the property located at 136 Summit Avenue and described on the Tax Map of the City of Jersey City as Block 15303, Lot 6 (the “Property”). The property is located in the Summit and Fairmount Redevelopment Area.
