NOTICE TO INTERESTED PERSONS AND PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET OF BLOCK 412.41, LOTS 43 & 44 , TOMS RIVER TOWNSHIP, OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on May 21, 2014, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon as the application may be heard, at the Toms River Township Municipal Offices, 33 Washington Street, Toms River, New Jersey, the Toms River Township Planning Board will hold a hearing on the application of the undersigned at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. The property in question is located in Block 412.41, Lots 43 & 44, as shown on the Toms River Township Tax Map and is located at Monroe Ave, Toms River Township, Ocean County, New Jersey. The applicant is seeking the following approvals:
Applicant seeks preliminary and final major subdivision approval for the creation of nine lots eight of which will be residential building lots and the remaining lot will contain a drainage facility. The applicant will seek approval for the project which will allow the construction of eight single family residences together with all necessary accessory uses, improvements, and structures. In the event variances or design waivers are required they will be presented at the time of the hearing and will be based upon the interpretation of the ordinance or requested changes in the plans by the Board.
