CITY OF HACKENSACK ORDINANCE NO. 43-2016 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ordinance No. 43-2016 of the City of Hackensack, County of Bergen and State of New Jersey, entitled: FINAL ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 43-2016, AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING NAI HANSON (WARD STREET) REDEVELOPMENT PLAN CONSISTING OF BLOCK 408, LOTS 8, 9.01, 9.02, AND 11 has passed its second and final reading and was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hackensack on December 20, 2016. Copies of the ordinance can be obtained at the office of the City Clerk during regular business hours by any member of the general public at no cost.
