Woolwich Township to Consider Redevelopment on Block 4

PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WOOLWICH TOWNSHIP JOINT LAND USE BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing shall be held by the Woolwich Township Joint Land Use Board on June 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building, 120 Village Green Drive, Woolwich, New Jersey. The purpose of the public hearing is to determine whether Block 4, Lots 3 and 4 on the tax maps of Woolwich Township, should be determined as a redevelopment area in accordance with the criteria set forth in the New Jersey Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1, et. seq. The purpose of this hearing is to hear from persons who are interested in or who would be affected by a determination that these sites are a redevelopment area. Please note that a redevelopment area determination regarding this matter shall not authorize the municipality to exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire any property in the delineated area. Please further note that in the event the Woolwich Township Joint Land Use Board determines to recommend to the Woolwich Township Mayor and Committee that the area, or any part thereof, is an area in need of redevelopment, the Board will review and may or may not recommend to the Woolwich Township Mayor and Committee a Redevelopment Plan covering said redevelopment area and/or part thereof. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a map showing the boundaries of the proposed redevelopment area and the location of the various parcels of property included therein, a copy of the Resolution authorizing the preliminary investigation and a statement setting forth the basis for the investigation, are all on file with the Woolwich Township Municipal Clerk’s Office, 120 Village Green Drive, Woolwich, New Jersey 08085. The boundary of the study area and the specific parcels within the boundary are Block 4, Lots 3 and 4. A map has been prepared and can be inspected in the Office of the Municipal Clerk as well as the Office of the Land Use Board Secretary. N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-5 sets forth the specific criteria and conditions within the delineated area which will be relied upon to determine if this area is in need of redevelopment. At the public hearing, all persons who are interested in or who would be affected by a determination that the area is in need of redevelopment will be heard and all objections, whether given orally or in writing, shall be received and considered and made a part of the public record pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-6b(4). Texaco Site in Bayonne to See Activity After Decades of Work

CITY OF BAYONNE PLANNING BOARD HUDSON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS AND OTHERS ENTITLED TO SERVICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the undersigned, has made application to the Bayonne Planning Board for property known as Block 332, Lot 3, Block 360, Lot 2, Block 373, Lots 1, 2, 13, 14 and 15, Block 390, Lots 1 and RG67, Block 391, Lots 1 and 2, Block 511, Lot 6 and 5 (hereinafter called the Property) located in the Texaco Redevelopment Area in the City of Bayonne, Hudson County, New Jersey to permit the following: 1. The applicant seeks a design waiver for Daly Street, which it proposes to widen for temporary two-way circulation around Block 9 and in the future phases of the development it will be designated as a one-way street in accordance with the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan. In addition, the applicant applies for such variances, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c, exceptions, waivers, permits, approvals or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the applicant or the Board, and which may arise during the course of the hearing process. Washington Township Planning Board to Hear 138 Market Value Town House Application

PUBLIC NOTICE Washington Township Planning Board NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS TAKE NOTICE that the Washington Township Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on April 21, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the Municipal Building, 523 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, NJ to consider an application by 530 Delsea Drive, LLC, for Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision Approval, to create 142 lots, including 138 market rate townhome lots, 2 open space lots, one roadway lot, and one commercial lot. The project will be constructed in 3 phases, Phase I including 79 townhomes, 2 open space lots, and a roadway lot; Phase II including 59 townhomes and a tot lot; and Phase III including a commercial component. The site is located on Delsea Drive, south of its intersection with Hurffville-Grenloch Road, is + 18 acres and is located within Node 6 of the Delsea Drive Redevelopment Area. VIneland Planning Board Passes Ordinance Rezoning Residential Property to Industrial

CITY OF VINELAND ORDINANCE NO. 2015-15 ORIDNANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 86-38, AS AMENDED, CHAPTER 425 OF THE CITY CODE ENTITLED LAND USE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION 6110 OF THE VINELAND PLANNING BOARD WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vineland adopted Ordinance 86 – 38, as amended, Chapter 425 of the City Code entitled Land-Use, which includes therein a Zone Map adopted in accordance with Ordinance 2008 – 39; and WHEREAS, on January 29, 2015, the City Council of the City of Vineland passed a motion requesting the Vineland Planning Board research the potential to rezone Block 2101 Lot 53 from R-3 (incorrectly read as Institutional) to Industrial Use and provide the Board’s findings and conclusions; and WHEREAS, the rezoning request was considered by the Zoning Committee on February 11, 2015 with Supervising Planner for the City of Vineland, Kathleen Hicks, presenting sworn testimony; and WHEREAS, on February 11, 2015, the Vineland Planning Board adopted Resolution 6110, Resolution of Findings and Conclusions and Decision of the Vineland Planning Board, which contained therein, the sworn testimony of Kathleen Hicks; and WHEREAS, Resolution 6110 of the Vineland Planning Board contains the findings and conclusions of the Board as well as their determination that the City of Vineland is in need of additional industrial zoned property and that Block 2101 Lot 53 is prime for rezoning to Industrial Use due to its large size, close proximity to the I-2 Zone and its close proximity to New Jersey Route 55, and that Block 2101 lot 53 be rezoned from R-3 to I-1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Vineland as follows: 1. The City Council hereby ratifies, confirms and adopts the findings and conclusions of the Vineland Planning Board as reflected in Resolution 6110 of the Planning Board. 2. Block 2101 lot 53 shall be and is hereby rezoned from R-3 to I-1. 3. This Ordinance shall take effect in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
