North Jersey District Water Commission puts out RFP for consulting engineering services

  LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE PROVISION OF GENERAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the NORTH JERSEY DISTRICT WATER SUPPLY COMMISSION (“Commission”) is soliciting Proposals for the provision of general consulting engineering services, for a two (2) year term, as applied to the planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations of a public water supply system, as more particularly described through a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process. Through the procurement process initiated by this RFP, firms interested in providing such Services must prepare and submit a Proposal in accordance with the procedures and schedule established in this RFP. The Commission will review Proposals only from those firms that submit a Proposal that includes all of the information required to be submitted as described herein (in the sole judgment of the Commission). The Commission has structured a procurement process that seeks to obtain the desired results described above, while establishing a competitive process to assure that each Respondent is provided an equal opportunity to submit a Proposal in response to the RFP. BOROUGH OF EDGEWATER Request for Qualifications  The Borough of Edgewater is soliciting Proposal Statements from interested persons and/or firms for the provision of Quanta Resources – Environmental Engineerservices. Through a Request for Qualifications process, persons and/or firms interested in assisting the Borough with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a Qualification Statement in accordance with the procedure and schedule in the FRS. The Borough will review Qualification Statements only from those firms that submit a Qualification Statement which includes all the information required to be included as described (in the sole judgment of the Borough).
