CIty of Orange Housing Development Corp. puts out RFP for Contractor

  REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS THE ORANGE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION The Orange Housing Development Corporation invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for: OAKWOOD AVENUE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Construction of a new 3-story, +/- 10,710 gsf, 7-unit, wood framed, residential apartment building with associated site improvements located on Oakwood Avenue in Orange, New Jersey.  The project will be awarded as a single-prime contract for construction to a general contractor. All qualified Contractors may obtain documentation at KNTM Architects, L.L.C. offices located at 28 Washington Street, East Orange, NJ 07017. Appointment is necessary. Drawings, specifications, forms of bid, and bonds for proposed work are available for pickup weekdays from Thursday, November 7, 2013 through Thursday, November 14, 2013. Newark Central Planning Board to hear renovation and addition to Carlton Hotel

  LEGAL NOTICE CENTRAL PLANNING BOARD OF THE CITY OF NEWARK PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, November 4, 2013, at 6:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held before the Central Planning Board of the City of Newark (the “Board”) at the City of Newark Municipal Council Chambers, City Hall, located at 920 Broad Street, 2nd Floor, Newark, New Jersey regarding the application of East Park Hospitality Renewal, Inc.
