The proposal seeks active industrial uses in accordance with the Danforth Avenue Transit Village Redevelopment Plan. 2) The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency (“JCRA”) is seeking proposals for the mixed use development on 2.5 acres of publicly owned land located the Grand Jersey Redevelopment Area in downtown Jersey City, New Jersey.
