Monore Township Board of Adjustment Approves 6 Lot Subdivision

TOWNSHIP OF MONROE PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Monroe Township Zoning Board of Adjustment did, at their regularly scheduled meeting of November 25, 2014, adopt a Resolution memorializing relief granted by the Monroe Township Zoning Board of Adjustment to the applicant, Shared Properties, LLC for the premises known as Block 4, Lots 9, 13.08, 13.09, 13.10 which properties are located in the HD zone and have frontage on Route 33 and Applegarth Road, Monroe Township, New Jersey. The relief granted includes:

1. Preliminary major subdivision to create six (6) lots for development as a combination of:
(a) commercial;
(b) affordable apartments; and
(c) townhouses.
2. Preliminary site plan for the commercial portion of the site;
3. Preliminary site plan for the affordable apartment portion of the site;
4. Preliminary subdivision approval for the proposed townhouse development and bulk variance and design waiver relief associated with the approvals.

Monroe Townships’ R-30 Zone to host 7 lot subdivison application

  MONROE TOWNSHIP
LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE BE ADVISED that Pushtel Construction, Inc. has made application to the Monroe Township Planning Board for amended preliminary major subdivision approval with bulk variance relief for the premises known as Block 169, Lot 7 which property has frontage along River Road in the Township of Monroe, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey. The property is located in the Township’s R-30 zone district. The applicant proposes to subdivide the property pursuant to the R-30 cluster option to create seven (7) single family lots and two (2) lots to be dedicated to the Township of Monroe; one lot for detention basin purposes and the other lot for open space Municipal purposes. The applicant shall request bulk variance relief for the open space requirement of Section 108-6.8.I which requires less than 40% of the open space to be encumbered by floodway, flood hazard area, water courses and other environmental constraints. Millstone Planning Board to Consider 43 Lot Subdivision Extension

LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE BE ADVISED that Perl Acres Realty, Inc., as owner and applicant, has made application to the Millstone Township Planning Board for further extension of the rights and protections afforded by the final major subdivision approval previously granted to Perl Acres Realty, Inc. by the Township of Millstone Planning Board for premises known as Block 55, Lot 2 which property has frontage on County Route 526 in the Township of Millstone, County of Monmouth and State of New Jersey. These premises were previously approved by the Millstone Township Planning Board for development as a residential subdivision of forty-three (43) residential units.
