PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Applicant, CCP&Q. Inc., has applied to the planning Board of the Township of Hamilton for preliminary major subdivision approval on property located on Harding Highway and Millville Avenue, and known all Lot 2.01 in Block 670 on the official Tax Map of Hamilton Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey for the purpose of subdividing the property into nine (9) single – family residential lots. VILLAGE OF RIDGEFIELD PARK PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF DECISION   At a regular meeting of the Planning Board on November 4, 2013, the following decisions were memorialized:  Case No. 100113 – 55 Challenger LLC  An application for preliminary and final site plan approval to expand existing parking garage for Block 40/02/Lot 1.01 in. the Village of Ridgefleld Park, commonly known as 55 Challenger Road, on the Tax Map of the Village of Ridgefleld Park, requiring variances with respect to existing conditions as to street frontage, area, lot coverage, location., setback, sidewalks width and off street parking as well as conditional use has been approved. However said approval is expressly subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Subject to the approval of the Village Engineer, Boswell Engineering, as to matters contained in their letter of October 2, 2013.
2. Subject to the approval of the Village Five Marshal; Village Police Department; New Jersey Turnpike Authority; and the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
IN NEED OF REDEVELOPMENT REPORT 1. The designation of Block 40.02/Lot 1.02, Block 47.02/Lot 1 and Block 47.06/Lot 1 as an area in need of redevelopment is appropriate, as the Planning Board has determined that such portions of the Study Area satisfy the criteria for such delineation as set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A-5(d) and 40A:12A-5(h).
2. 3. That the Planning Board hereby recommends the adoption by the Village of a Resolution designating Block 40/02/Lot 1.02, Block 47.02/Lot I and Block 47.06/Lot 1 as an area in need of redevelopment.
