Atlantic City Zoning Board of Adjustment to hear 51 Unit Affordable Housing Site Plan

CITY OF ATLANTIC CITY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that C&C Urban Renewal, LLC (the “Applicant”) has filed an application with the City of Atlantic City Zoning Board of Adjustment (the “Board”) for final site plan approval for the proposed development of a multifamily affordable residential rental community consisting of approximately fifty-one (51) dwelling units. The proposed development is located at Block 454, Lots 1.01-1.18 at Mediterranean, Tennessee, Drexel, and S. Carolina Avenues within the RM-2 Multi-Family Low Rise Zone in the City of Atlantic City (the “Property”).
Applicant obtained from the Board Use and Bulk Variance Relief and Preliminary Site Plan Approval for this proposal of 51 Affordable Rental Units on the Property, and for additional units on a nearby property located at Block 422, Lot 1.02, under Resolution #8 of 2013. Applicant now seeks Final Major Site Plan approval from the Board for these developments.
Any persons interested in this application will be given an opportunity to be heard at a public hearing of the Board scheduled for Thursday, January 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at Council Chambers, Room 206, City Hall, 1301 Bacharach Boulevard, Atlantic City, New Jersey. At such time, you may appear in person, by agent, or attorney, with respect to this application. All documents related to this application are on file with the Secretary of the Board located at 1301 Bacharach Boulevard, Room 508, City Hall, Atlantic City, New Jersey.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, the Absecon Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at 7:00p.m. at the Absecon Municipal Building, 500 Mill Road, Absecon, New Jersey, to consider for adoption amendments to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan and Land Use Plan Element of the Absecon Master Plan along with regular Planning Board agenda items.

Middle Planning Board, Cape May County, grants final site plan approval for 48 unit affordable housing community

NOTICE OF DECISION
TAKE NOTICE that on June 11, 2013, the Township of Middle Planning Board granted final site plan approval to Middle Township Housing Associates, LLC for construction of a 48-unit affordable multi-family rental development with a community building and associated infrastructure at 8 Railroad Avenue, Cape May Court House, NJ, designated as Block 56.01, Lot 46 on the Middle Township tax maps.  On July 9, 2013, the Planning Board adopted a written Resolution memorializing that determination.  The application, plans and Resolution are available for inspection at the Middle Township Zoning Office in the Municipal Building, Boyd and Mechanic Streets, Cape May Court House, NJ during normal business hours.

Township of Howell to hear application to amend 18 lot subdivision

TOWNSHIP OF HOWELL

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. the Planning Board of Howell Township will hold a hearing on the application of Custom Homes of NJ, LLC. The hearing will be held at the Municipal Building, 4567 Route 9, Howell, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located at Aldrich Road, Howell Township, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 54.01, Lots 11 and 12 located in the R-3 zone.
The application is for Amended Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision and Woodlands Management approval to subdivide the property into 18 lots, 17 lots for residential single family dwellings and one lot for storm-water management. The applicant previously received Preliminary Subdivision approval. The applicant will also seek approval to eliminate the proposed duplex COAH unit and make a payment to the Township in lieu thereof. The applicant will also seek relief from the requirement of minimum front yard setback for lots 11.01 and 11.18 and perimeter buffer for lots 11.01, 11.02 and 11.18.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection, during normal business hours. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
