NJEDA puts out RFQ/P for qualified appraisal services

  REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS (RFQ/P) APPRAISAL SERVICES OF REAL PROPERTY TECHNOLOGY CENTRE OF NEW JERSEY AND TECHNOLOGY CENTRE EXPANSION, NORTH BRUNSWICK, NEW JERSEY Notice is hereby given that the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) is seeking qualifications and proposals from firms interested in providing appraisal services for the valuation of two properties located in North Brunswick, New Jersey and which are owned or leased by the NJEDA, its subsidiaries, and/or the Technology Centre of New Jersey, L.L.C. (LLC).  Firms which meet the qualifications and experience described in the RFQ/P are invited to submit a Proposal which must include the specific experience and qualifications of the firm. The Proposal must be responsive to the RFQ/P including all required compliance documentation. Firms submitting a Proposal which provides evidence documenting the qualifications and experience described in the RFQ/P before the closing date will be considered for selection, subject to any limitations indicated with respect to the specialized experience or other qualifications required. Price and other factors will be considered in the selection of the successful firm. The combined Planning & Zoning Board of the Borough of Haddon Heights grants Glover Mill Village approval for 27 lots

Township of Howell to hear application to amend 18 lot subdivision

TOWNSHIP OF HOWELL

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. the Planning Board of Howell Township will hold a hearing on the application of Custom Homes of NJ, LLC. The hearing will be held at the Municipal Building, 4567 Route 9, Howell, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located at Aldrich Road, Howell Township, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 54.01, Lots 11 and 12 located in the R-3 zone.
The application is for Amended Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision and Woodlands Management approval to subdivide the property into 18 lots, 17 lots for residential single family dwellings and one lot for storm-water management. The applicant previously received Preliminary Subdivision approval. The applicant will also seek approval to eliminate the proposed duplex COAH unit and make a payment to the Township in lieu thereof. The applicant will also seek relief from the requirement of minimum front yard setback for lots 11.01 and 11.18 and perimeter buffer for lots 11.01, 11.02 and 11.18.

Hackensack Housing Authority puts out RFP for a Physical Condition Assessment

  Request for Proposals  The Housing Authority of the City of Hackensack, New Jersey will accept proposals for the following services:  “Architectural/Engineering Services” It is the Housing Authority’s desire to retain a duly qualified, competent and capable architect/engineer to prepare a Physical Condition Assessment (PCA). All services must be in accordance with the existing laws, rules, orders, directives and regulations governing these services and supplies.  All persons interested in submitting a proposal for architectural/engineering services should contact the Housing Authority of the City of Hackensack in order to receive a copy of the formal Request for Proposals.
