BOROUGH OF HOPEWELL PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on August 3, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at the Main Meeting Room of the Municipal Building, 88 East Broad Street, Hopewell, New Jersey 08525, the Borough of Hopewell Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 6 of the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. Rahway Approves “Rahway Residents for the Arts”

CITY OF RAHWAY PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 30, 2015, the Planning Board of the City of Rahway, in the County of Union, State of New Jersey, took action to adopt a Resolution memorializing its grant of minor subdivision approval and preliminary major site plan approval with variance relief and/or exceptions from the Rahway Redevelopment Plan as amended January 2013 (the “Plan”), in connection with the application of Ingerman Development Company, LLC (“Applicant”) for property located at 219 Central Avenue and designated as Block 167, Lot 1 on the Tax Map of the City of Rahway, New Jersey (“Property”) (the “Application”). The approval permits the Applicant to subdivide the existing lot into two lots, Lot 1A and Lot 1B and to construct a four (4)-story residential building, approximately 42,455 square feet, also referred to as Rahway Residences for the Arts, on Lot 1A. Variance relief was granted in order to permit Lot 1B to measure 2,838 square feet, have a lot depth of 80.7 feet, and a rear yard setback of 0 feet, where the Plan only permits lots of 4,000 square feet with a minimum lot depth of 100 feet and a minimum rear yard setback of 10 feet. Variance relief was also granted from the Plan’s limitation on unit size, where the Applicant proposes a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. Variance relief was also granted from the Plan’s on-site parking requirement in order to permit 37 on-site parking spaces where the Plan requires 73 on-site parking spaces. All documents and plans related to the Application as well as a copy of the Resolution are on file and available for inspection in the City of Rahway, Office of the City Planner, Borough Hall, 1 City Hall Plaza, Rahway, New Jersey during regular business hours. Keyport Unified Board Looks at Lots on Block 20

BOROUGH OF KEYPORT NOTICE OF HEARING BOROUGH OF KEYPORT UNIFIED PLANNING BOARD REDEVELOPMENT STUDY AND DESIGNATION PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Borough of Keyport Unified Planning Board (the “Planning Board” or “Board”) will conduct a public hearing on June 25, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. to determine whether or not certain properties in the Borough identified in this notice (the “Study Area”) may be designated as an area in need of redevelopment pursuant to the criteria set forth in Sections 5 and 6 of the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et. seq.). This hearing will take place in the Council Meeting Chambers at the Keyport Borough Municipal Building, 70 West Front Street, Keyport, NJ 07735 Based on the testimony presented at this hearing, the Planning Board may take action and recommend to the Borough Council that all or a portion of the Study Area be designated in need of redevelopment. This recommendation will be sent to the Borough Council of the Borough of Keyport for further action as per the requirements of the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law. The Borough Council can approve, reject, or amend the Planning Board’s recommendation and may adopt a resolution determining that the Study Area or any part thereof, is in need of redevelopment. Mount Arlington Land Use Board to Discuss Landfill’s Future

BOROUGH OF MT. ARLINGTON PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at a meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Borough of Mt. Arlington Municipal Building located at 419 Howard Boulevard, Mt Arlington, NJ 07856, the Land Use Board of the Borough of Mt. Arlington will review and consider a report and map prepared by the Board Planner entitled “Area in Need of Redevelopment Study for the Mt. Arlington Landfill: Block 8, Lot 3”, which investigated whether the subject property qualifies as being a non-condemnation area in need of redevelopment. The property is the site of the Borough’s former landfill, which comprises approximately 10 acres of the 35.64 acre parcel, with the remainder of the property being largely forested land. Woolwich Township to Consider Redevelopment on Block 4

PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WOOLWICH TOWNSHIP JOINT LAND USE BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing shall be held by the Woolwich Township Joint Land Use Board on June 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building, 120 Village Green Drive, Woolwich, New Jersey. The purpose of the public hearing is to determine whether Block 4, Lots 3 and 4 on the tax maps of Woolwich Township, should be determined as a redevelopment area in accordance with the criteria set forth in the New Jersey Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1, et. seq. The purpose of this hearing is to hear from persons who are interested in or who would be affected by a determination that these sites are a redevelopment area.
