TOWNSHIP OF PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that 700 MOUNTAIN WAY, LLC (the “Applicant”) has heretofore filed an application with the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills Zoning Board of Adjustment for a multi-family residential development comprised of townhouses and rental units on property which is located at 740 and 700 Mountain Way and 660 and 648 Old Dover Road, all in the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, and designated, respectively as Lots 6, 9, 9.1 and 10 in Block 14 on the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills Tax Map (the “Property”). The Property is located in the R-R Zoning District. Applicant has filed a revised Application which includes Lot 6, Block 14 and requests approval for a development consisting of seventy (70) townhouses and thirty-one (31) apartment units. Use Variance to allow seventy (70) townhouses, and thirty-one (31) apartment units which uses are not permitted in the R-R Zoning District;
Preliminary Major Site Plan;
Associated “C” Variances as follows:

VILLAGE OF RIDGEWOOD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Proposals will be received by the Village of Ridgewood, in the Level 3 Conference Room, at the Village Hall, 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey, on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, then publicly opened and read aloud for: “Request for Proposals For Professional Traffic Engineering Services For the Village of Ridgewood Planning Board and/or Zoning Board of Adjustment” The Village of Ridgewood is seeking proposals for professional traffic engineering services for the Village Planning Board and/or Zoning Board of Adjustment for review of development proposals before the Boards. The RFP package may be obtained from the Engineering Division Offices, Level 3, Village Hall, 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey 07450, (201) 670-5500, extension No. 238. Woolwich Township to Consider Redevelopment on Block 4

PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WOOLWICH TOWNSHIP JOINT LAND USE BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing shall be held by the Woolwich Township Joint Land Use Board on June 18, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Woolwich Township Municipal Building, 120 Village Green Drive, Woolwich, New Jersey. The purpose of the public hearing is to determine whether Block 4, Lots 3 and 4 on the tax maps of Woolwich Township, should be determined as a redevelopment area in accordance with the criteria set forth in the New Jersey Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1, et. seq. The purpose of this hearing is to hear from persons who are interested in or who would be affected by a determination that these sites are a redevelopment area. Please note that a redevelopment area determination regarding this matter shall not authorize the municipality to exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire any property in the delineated area. The Bayonne Redevelopment Machine Keeps “Buzzing”

Texaco Site in Bayonne to See Activity After Decades of Work

CITY OF BAYONNE PLANNING BOARD HUDSON COUNTY, NEW JERSEY NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS AND OTHERS ENTITLED TO SERVICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the undersigned, has made application to the Bayonne Planning Board for property known as Block 332, Lot 3, Block 360, Lot 2, Block 373, Lots 1, 2, 13, 14 and 15, Block 390, Lots 1 and RG67, Block 391, Lots 1 and 2, Block 511, Lot 6 and 5 (hereinafter called the Property) located in the Texaco Redevelopment Area in the City of Bayonne, Hudson County, New Jersey to permit the following: 1.
