VILLAGE OF RIDGEWOOD REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Proposals will be received by the Village of Ridgewood, in the Level 3 Conference Room, at the Village Hall, 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey, on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time, then publicly opened and read aloud for: “Request for Proposals For Professional Traffic Engineering Services For the Village of Ridgewood Planning Board and/or Zoning Board of Adjustment” The Village of Ridgewood is seeking proposals for professional traffic engineering services for the Village Planning Board and/or Zoning Board of Adjustment for review of development proposals before the Boards. The RFP package may be obtained from the Engineering Division Offices, Level 3, Village Hall, 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey 07450, (201) 670-5500, extension No. 238. Proposal packages may be examined or picked up in person between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., at 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey 07450, Monday through Friday. Prospective respondents requesting proposal documents be mailed to them shall be responsible for providing their own postage/delivery service remuneration. No proposal forms shall be given out after 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2016. All prices quoted in the proposal must be net and exclusive of all Federal, State and Local Sales and Excise Taxes. Proposals may be submitted in person or by mail prior to the proposal opening, addressed to the Office of the Village Clerk. The Village assumes no responsibility for loss or non-delivery of any proposal sent to it prior to the date and time stated for receipt of proposals. Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name of the respondent thereon and endorsed, “Request for Proposals for Professional Traffic Engineering Services for the Village of Ridgewood Planning Board and/or Zoning Board of Adjustment”. All respondents shall present satisfactory evidence of being authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. All respondents shall also provide a copy of their New Jersey Business Registration Certificate with their proposal. All respondents shall adhere to the requirements presented in the “Request for Proposals”. Jersey City Seeks Environmental Professional for Site Remediation

INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids will be received by the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency for “Site Remediation at 441-457 Ocean Avenue and 79-81 Dwight Street” (Contract No. 16-02-BD1) , owned by the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency, at the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency offices at 66 York Street, in the City of Jersey City, New Jersey at 11:00 a.m. on February 11, 2016 , at which time all Bids will be opened at read aloud. The Bid Specification, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, is on file at the offices of the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency, 66 York Street, Jersey City, New Jersey 07302. The provisions of the Bid Specification shall control acceptability of all Bids. Copies of the Bid Specifications may be obtained by depositing fifty ($50.00) Dollars (non-refundable) in check or money order drawn to the order of the Jersey CityRedevelopment Agency. A Bid Guaranty by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Bid, but in no case to exceed $20,000.00, shall be submitted with each Bid. BOROUGH OF MILLTOWN PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Milltown (the “Borough”) will be seeking qualifications for the provisions of certain professional and extraordinary un-specifiable services. The qualifications are being sought as part of a fair and open process being undertaken by the Borough pursuant to N. J. S. A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Qualifications will be accepted for the following: SPECIAL COUNSEL – MILLTOWN FORD AVENUE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The Milltown Ford Avenue Redevelopment Agency is seeking Special Counsel for legal services for its redevelopment activities. The minimum threshold criteria that will be utilized for the evaluation of the responses shall be as follows: a) Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey for a mini- mum of five (5) years; b) Evidence of professional liability insurance; c) Representation of governmental entities in the field of redevelopment, with particular emphasis on municipal improve- ment authorities, for a minimum of three (3) years; and d) Knowledge of the Borough and its operations. NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR OFFERS TO PURCHASE LAND Building 2560 – Charles Wood Fire Station The Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority (“FMERA” or the “Authority”), pursuant to P.L. 2010, c.10 (N.J.S.A. 52:27I-18 et seq.), is responsible for the efficient redevelopment and reuse of Fort Monmouth. In furtherance of its mission, FMERA is hereby seeking offers to purchase from individuals or entities to acquire property that will be sold by the Authority. This request for offers to purchase (RFOTP) is being issued under the Authority rules for the sale of real & personal property that have been adopted by FMERA (N.J.A.C. 19:31C-2) as well as the Economic Development Conveyance (EDC) Agreement between FMERA and the US Army. The successful Potential Purchaser as defined below shall be subject to the terms and provisions of the aforementioned rules and EDC. Redevelopment of the property will be subject to the land use regulations and design and development guidelines adopted by the Authority. The Authority is requesting offers to purchase (the “Offer”) from qualified individuals, or entities (the “Potential Purchaser”) interested in purchasing a 2.3 acre parcel of land and building currently located in the Charles Wood Area of Fort Monmouth, which borders Corregidor Road and Heliport Drive. The Authority is requesting proposals that are consistent with the Authority’s Adopted Land Use rules, or for retail or restaurant use.. The property is in the Tinton Falls Tech/Office Campus and permitted principal land uses include: Office; Research; Institutional; Civic; and Recreational uses. The purchase agreement between the Authority and the successful Potential Purchaser shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the June 25, 2012, Economic Development Conveyance Agreement between the US Army and FMERA. The Authority will convey title to the successful Potential Purchaser by way of a quit claim deed. FMERA reserves the right to negotiate business terms that better suit the interests of the Authority and the redevelopment plans for Fort Monmouth, price and other factors considered, by negotiating with potential purchasers(s) that submit offer(s). FMERA reserves the right to exclude from negotiations any and/or all offers received.
