TOWN OF HARRISON PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Harrison, County of Hudson and State of New Jersey, held on April 13, 2016, the following ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading: No. 1319 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF HARRISON, COUNTY OF HUDSON, STATE OF NEW JERSEY ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE WATERFRONT REDEVELOPMENT AREA. K Hovnanian to Request Approval for Single & Multi-family in Hillsborough

04/28/2016 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on May 12, 2016, at a Regular Meeting of the Planning Board of the Township of Hillsborough, in the courtroom of the Municipal Building, 379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough, New Jersey, at which time members of the public will have the opportunity to be heard.

The subject of the hearing will be the application of K Hovnanian Central Acquisitions LLC (Meadow Brook at Hillsborough), in File #16-PB-02-MJSR for preliminary and final major subdivision and preliminary and final site plan approvals to construct 44 single family detached homes and 30 multi-family townhomes situated in 3 townhouse/condominium buildings together with all necessary site improvements required to support the project. The subject property is located along Amwell Road and will be known as new Lot 101.02 in block 163.05 and is comprised of approximately 17.166 acres situated adjacent to and north of another new property (Lot 101.01, Block 163.05) on which the RPM affordable housing development will be built. The combination of these two properties (combined) consists of a group of lots known as Lots 101, 102, 103, 104 & 105 in Block 163.05, located at 495, 503, 505 & 507 Amwell Road, Hillsborough, NJ, which totals 20.9 acres. The smaller tract (Lot 101.01) with direct frontage along Amwell Road was approved last year by the Township Planning Board for multi-family and affordable housing in File #15-PB-09-MSRV/SR. The Applicant also seeks an economic hardship waiver or variance from the mitigation requirements of the Tree Preservation Ordinance so as to permit the removal of more than 20% of the trees located on proposed Lot 101.02. There is a Warehouse In Bordentown they Call The Rising Sun

NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the Application of TC Bordentown Associates, LLC (the “Applicant”), the Planning Board of the Township of Bordentown shall conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 12, 2016, commencing at 7:30 p.m., at the Bordentown Township Municipal Building, One Municipal Drive, Bordentown, New Jersey, to consider the Applicant’s request for a One (1) Year Extension of the Final Major Site Plan and Variance Approvals previously granted for the project commonly known as the Interchange 7 Distribution Center (the “Project”), which is proposed for development on property located adjacent to and at the intersection of Rising Sun Road and Interstate 295, in the Research, Engineering, and Office (“REO”) Zoning District, which is currently owned by the Applicant, and more specifically identified as Block 137.02, Lot 5.01, on the Official Tax Maps of Bordentown Township (the “Property”). The Project provides for the development of a 440,550 +/- square foot facility, including 30,000 +/- square feet of office space, and 410,550 +/- square feet of warehouse/ distribution/light industrial space, together with 194 parking spaces, landscaping, lighting, and other related site improvements. The proposed office – warehouse use is a permitted use in the REO Zone. On November 7, 2005, the Planning Board granted Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan and Variance Approvals for the Project, which approvals were memorialized in Resolution No. P-2005-21, adopted November 7, 2005 (the “Approvals”). The Approvals will expire on June 30, 2016. Therefore, the Applicant is seeking a One (1) Year Extension of the Approvals to June 30, 2017. At the time of and as part of the Approvals, the Applicant received Bulk Variance Approvals to allow for the following: (i) parking to be setback 30 +/- feet from the adjacent street line, when 40 feet was required; (ii) a 4 foot high fence to be installed in the front and side yard surrounding a basin; (iii) landscaping within the parking area to be planted with less than 5% in area for trees; (iv) to provide less than one tree for every three parking spaces; and (v) to not provide curbing along Rising Sun Road. To the extent necessary, the Applicant is also requesting that these Bulk Variance Approvals be extended until June 30, 2017. At the same time, the Applicant will be requesting, if necessary, the reapproval of any and all other waivers, variances, Ordinance exceptions and/or interpretations that may be deemed to be necessary, in order to allow for the requested extension of the Approvals and the proposed development and use of the Property.
