PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Borough of Eatontown did on the 16th day of December formally adopted a Resolution memorializing the action of the Board taken at its December 9th meeting denying the adoption of the proposed amendment to the Land Use Element of the Master Plan of the Borough of Eatontown dated November, 2013 prepared by Richard S. Cramer, Jr., P.P., A.I.C.P., of T&M Associates, at to property known and designated as the Old Orchard Golf Course, Block 2701, Lots 2, 53, 60, 66, 69 in the northeaster quadrant of the Borough of Eatontown, which proposes adding nonresidential cluster development to preserve open space as a permitted use for the property aforesaid.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolution and audio of the meetings of December 9th, 2013 and December 16, 2013 of the Planning Board of the Borough of Eatontown are on file and available for inspection at the Eatontown Municipal Building, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, New Jersey during normal business hours.

Hopewell Township to Consider Adoption of Economic Development Strategy

> PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at 7:30 p.m., the Planning Board of Hopewell Township in Cumberland County, New Jersey, will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of considering the adoption of an Economic Development Strategy Plan as an amendment to the municipality’s Master Plan. If adopted, this Economic Development Strategy Plan will constitute the “economic plan” element of the Master Plan, in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-28(b)(9) of the Municipal Land Use Law. This hearing will be conducted at the Hopewell Township Municipal Building, 590 Shiloh Pike, in Hopewell Township, New Jersey. NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Township of Bridgewater will hold a public hearing pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-6 to undertake a preliminary investigation to determine whether Block 329, Lots 3.01, 13.01, 14 on the tax maps of the Township of Bridgewater and located at 652 Main Street (County Route 533) (Lots 14 and 3.01) and at Radel Avenue (Lot 13.01), Township of Bridgewater shall be designated as an area in need of redevelopment according to the criteria set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-5. Galloway Approves 944 Units on Former Golf Course

NOTICE OF DECISIONPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on September 19, 2013, the Planning Board for the Township of Galloway granted amended preliminary and final major subdivision and amended preliminary and final major site plan approval to the undersigned applicant to allow it to construct, establish and maintain a non-age restricted residential community containing a total of 944 housing units.
These units are apportioned as 531 single family detached units, 224 townhouse units and 189 affordable apartment units.
The development is to take place on property shown as Block 453, Lot 2; Block 455, Lots 1, 2, 3 and 11; Block 456, Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and Block 458, Lot 1 on the Galloway Township tax map, which property is located at the site of the former “Blue Heron Pines East” golf course, which is located generally at Tilton Road, Odessa Avenue, Aloe Street and Genoa Avenue.
The site currently consists of an approximately 398 acre tract containing the former golf course improvements, which golf course is no longer in operation.
The approvals referenced herein were approved pursuant to the terms of the “Conversion Act” for the purpose of converting a previously approved age restricted housing development to a non-age restricted housing development by removing the age restriction requirement contained in the prior approvals for this development.The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said Galloway Township Planning Board on December 5, 2013, and is available at the office of the Secretary to the Galloway Township Planning Board at Township Hall, 300 East Jimmie Leeds Road, Galloway, New Jersey.
