VILLAGE OF RIDGEWOOD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MASTER PLAN Take Notice that, in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., and the Village of Ridgewood Land Use Ordinance, the Village of Ridgewood Planning Board has been conducting public hearings concerning a proposed amendment to the land use plan element of the Village of Ridgewood Master Plan as it relates to the H-Hospital Zone. The public hearings on this matter commenced on Tuesday April 2, 2013 and have continued on Tuesday April 16, 2013, Monday April 29, 2013, Tuesday April 30, 2013, Tuesday, May 21, 2013, Wednesday, May 29, 2013, Thursday, May 30, 2013, Tuesday, June 4, 2013, Tuesday, June 18, 2013, Wednesday, June 19, 2013, Tuesday, July 16, 2013, Tuesday, July 30, 2013, Tuesday, August 20, 2013, Monday, September 30, 2013, Tuesday October 22, 2013 and Tuesday October 29, 2013. This notice is to advise you that the Planning Board will continue the hearing on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 7:30p.m. in the auditorium at the Benjamin Franklin Middle School, 335 North Van Dien Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey. The proposed amendment would make various revisions to the policies in the land use plan element for the H – Hospital zone district, including but not limited to: 1) intensity of use, 2) building mass and coverage, 3) building height, 4) yards/building setbacks, 5) improvement coverage. The proposed master plan amendment has been and is on file at the office of the Secretary of the Ridgewood Planning Board on the third floor of Village Hall, 131 North Maple Avenue, Ridgewood, New Jersey and is available for public inspection Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The proposed amendment is also posted as a courtesy on the Village’s website at www.ridgewoodnj.net. PUBLIC NOTICE PLANNING/ZONING BOARD OF BOROUGH OF BOGOTA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT: WHEREAS, the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A: 12A-1 Et.
