Robbinsville Township Planning grants Sharbell Final Major Approval

 LEGAL NOTICE   At a scheduled meeting of the Robbinsville Township Planning Board held on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 the following action was taken:  1.Resolution of Memorialization was adopted granting final major subdivision for Phases 3B and 3C and final site plan for a portion of Phases 3B and 3C to Sharbell Building Company, LLC for property known and designated as Block 26, Lots 4, 6.01, 7.01, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 23, 24, 25, 27, 29 and 31 a/k/a Route 130 and Gordon Road, Robbinsville Township, Mercer County, NJ. Hopewell Township to Consider Adoption of Economic Development Strategy

> PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at 7:30 p.m., the Planning Board of Hopewell Township in Cumberland County, New Jersey, will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of considering the adoption of an Economic Development Strategy Plan as an amendment to the municipality’s Master Plan. If adopted, this Economic Development Strategy Plan will constitute the “economic plan” element of the Master Plan, in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-28(b)(9) of the Municipal Land Use Law. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the South Brunswick Township Planning Board for the relief described below in connection with the construction of 85 townhouse units on two properties abutting Route 522 and creation of a retail/commercial lot for future development on the portion of the property abutting U.S. Route 1. The property is identified as Lots 4.01, 6 & 24 in Block 84 and Lot 4.03 in Block 84.04 on the tax maps of the Township of South Brunswick (the “Premises”). Applicant seeks the following relief:
