Please take notice that on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, the Toms River Township Planning Board memorialized a Resolution adopting the Amended Land Use Element and Re-examination Report of the Master Plan. A copy of the Resolution and the Amended Land Use Element and Re-examination Report are available for inspection at the Municipal Clerk’s office, 33 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ, during the business hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm.
