TOWNSHIP OF GLOUCESTER DECISION OF THE GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD Take notice, on the 25th day of November, 2014, the Township Planning Board adopted a Resolution memorializing approval for Amending Ordinance O-97-017 Commonly known as the Glen Oaks Redevelopment Plan to Establish the BP- Business Park Overlay Zone pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40 A:12 A -1 et Seq., & Recommending the Township Council Adopt Amendment No. 4. The property is located at Block: 2301, Lot:1, 2, a portion of 3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9. This Request has been memorialized by resolution of the Gloucester Township Planning Board on January 13, 2015.
