KEARNY TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING Please take notice: The applicant 177 Franklin Street Associates, LLC has filed an application with the Kearny Planning Board seeking preliminary and final major subdivision approval in order to subdivide certain property into eight fully conforming lots for development as seven (7) two family dwellings and one (1) single family dwelling at property known as 222-228 Tappan Street, and otherwise known as Block 269, Lots 5 & 6 and Block 252.01, Lot 10 as shown on the Kearny Township Tax Map. In order to develop and use the subject property as proposed, the applicant is seeking preliminary and final major subdivision approval in addition to any and all other variances and waivers the board may deem necessary for approval of this application. This application has been listed on the clerk’s calendar and scheduled for a public hearing on July 6, 2016 at 7:30 pm in the Town Hall, Council Chambers, 402 Kearny Avenue, Kearny, New Jersey at which time you may appear either in person or by agent, or attorney and present any comments, questions or objections at the hearing of this matter. All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public between the hours of 9 am & 4 pm, Monday thru Friday in the office of the Board Secretary, Town Hall Annex, 410 Kearny Avenue, Kearny, New Jersey 07032 (201-955-7881).
