PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with the requirements of the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et. seq., a public hearing has been scheduled before the Cherry Hill Township Planning Board to consider a preliminary investigation study to determine whether the property located at 110 Woodcrest Road, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, also known as Block 431.18, Lot 8, on the Township’s Tax Map, and also known as the “Victory Refrigeration Study Area” qualifies as an area need of redevelopment and for the Planning Board to submit its recommendations to Township Council in accordance with the procedures set forth at N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-6 and the criteria set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-5. Please take note that, per the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, redevelopment area designation is a finding of public purpose that authorizes the municipality to potentially acquire the property by eminent domain. A map of the general boundaries has been prepared and can be inspected at the Office of the Municipal Clerk located at 820 Mercer Street, Room 105 located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey 08002. The map is also available for examination in the Department of Community Development during normal business hours. You may contact the Director of the Department of Community Development at (856) 488-7870 for definitive information on consideration of the preliminary investigation study.A Public Hearing will be held regarding Victory Refrigeration Study Area Preliminary Investigation Study on Monday, October 21, 2013, at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers (Room 208) of the Municipal Building, 820 Mercer Street, Cherry Hill, New Jersey at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present objections you may have concerning the Preliminary Investigation Study. All objections to such a determination and evidence in support of those objections, given orally or in writing, shall be received and considered and made part of the public record.
Further take notice that said Planning Board may at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the said hearings from time to time, and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Planning Board Secretary concerning such adjournments, postponements, or continuations.
