Chester Turkey Farm Ready to be Served for Redevelopment

In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-6, notice is hereby given that the Chester Borough Planning Board will convene a public hearing on Thursday, March 13, at 7:30 PM to consider designation of a “Non-condemnation Redevelopment Area” designation for lands known locally as the Larison’s Tract, including Block 101, Lots 13, 14, 15 & 16, located at the corner of US 206 and West Main Street with an address of: Lot 13 at 2 Rout 24 (West Main Street) and Route 206; Lot 14 at 24 Route 24 (West Main Street); and Lots 15 & 16 at 46 West Main Street, owned by Turkey Farm Acquisition, LLC, containing approximately 11.98 acres. The purpose of the hearing will be for the Planning Board to present its findings relative to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-5 and hear public comments regarding a possible recommendation to the Chester Borough Council to designate Block 101, Lots 13, 14, 15 & 16, a Non-condemnation Redevelopment Area. If it determined that the preliminary investigation area is designated a Non-condemnation Redevelopment Area, the redevelopment area determination shall not authorize the municipality to exercise the power of eminent domain to acquire any property in the delineated area. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-6.b.(1), the Planning Board has prepared a map and a statement, which is included in the report entitled “Preliminary Investigation Report Regarding Designating a Non-Condemnation Redevelopment Area for Block 101, Lots 13, 14, 15 & 16 at Larison’s Corner.” The map and report are available for inspection at the Chester Borough Clerk’s Office located in 50 North Road, Chester, NJ 07930, during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Mount Holly Planning Board to conduct hearing to determine whether an area is “in need of redevelopment”

Oaklyn Planning Board to Conduct a Public Hearing On Qualifying area “as an area in need of redevelopment”.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that the Borough of Oaklyn Planning Board desires to inform you that, in accordance with the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq.) and, specifically, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-6, the Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing for the purpose of investigating and determining whether certain properties within the Borough of Oaklyn qualify “as an area in need of redevelopment” pursuant to the criteria set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-5.The properties are located on the White Horse Pike a.k.a.
