Harrison Joint Planning Board To Vote on Redevelopment Area

>  PUBLIC NOTICE    HARRISON TOWNSHIP JOINT LAND USE BOARD  NOTICE OF  SPECIAL MEETING  July 23, 2014 7:30 PM    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Harrison Township Joint Land Use Board has scheduled a special meeting for Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. The       meeting will be held at the Municipal Building, 114 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, NJ. The purpose of the meeting is to memorialize Resolution 22-2014 for Mullica West Apartments LP- Amended Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval for Mullica West Apartments and Preliminary Major Site Plan Approval for Improvements Located at 54 Woodstown Rd (Block 52 Lot 9) and Resolution 23-2014 recommending to the Governing Body of  Harrison Township that Block 40 Lot 2.01 on the tax map be designated as an area in need of redevelopment. The Joint Land Use Board will also discuss the approval of a temporary sign for Mullica Hill Chiropractic and Weight Loss. The Board will also approve payment of  the monthly bills. Washington Township Approves Parke Place Community

>  PUBLIC NOTICE    WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD    NOTICE OF DECISION    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at its regular meeting on  March 4, 2014 the Washington Township Planning Board approved the application of Parke Place Community LLC for final major site plan approval with bulk variances and waivers and final major subdivision approval to construct a 68 unit townhouse development on the real property located at Delsea Drive and Parke Place Boulevard, Washington Township, New Jersey, and shown as Block 51.01, Lot 1 on the tax map of Washington Township, located in the Mixed Use District, within the Delsea Drive Redevelopment Area.  (In addition, Parke Place Community LLC obtained conceptual approval for a 54 unit townhouse development on the real property located on Block 51.09, Lot 1 on the tax map of Washington Township, New Jersey, together with bulk variances and waivers.)  The Board adopted Resolution 2014 – 10 at its meeting held on March 18, 2014. Harrison Township Joint Land Use Board to Hold Redevelopment Hearing

>  PUBLIC NOTICE    HARRISON TOWNSHIP JOINT LAND USE BOARD NOTICE    PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Harrison Township Joint Land Use Board will hold a public hearing on April 3, 2014, at 7:30 P.M. in the Harrison Township Municipal Building Courtroom, 114 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, New Jersey.  The purpose of the public hearing is for the Harrison Township Joint Land Use Board to conduct a preliminary investigation, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1, et seq. (Local Redevelopment and Housing Law), to determine a need for redevelopment and revitalization of Block 52, Lots 8 and 9 as a “Non-Condemnation Redevelopment Area”. At this hearing, the Joint Land Use Board will hear all persons who are interested in or will be affected by a determination that these properties within the Township qualify as a redevelopment area.  You may appear either in person or by attorney and present any objections or concerns you may have.    A Map showing the boundaries of the proposed redevelopment area can be inspected and reviewed in the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 114 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, New Jersey, Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
