NOTICE HAINESPORT TOWNSHIP JOINT LAND USE BOARD TAKE NOTICE that on the 5th day of February, 2014, at 7:30p.m. a hearing will be held before the Hainesport Township Joint Land Use Board at the Municipal Building, One Hainesport Center, Hainesport, New Jersey, 08036 on the application of the undersigned seeking Preliminary Major Subdivision approval and Final Major Subdivision approval, together with a front yard setback variance (continuation of a pre-existing, nonconforming condition) and any and all other variances, waivers or other relief as necessary, so as to permit five (5) single-family, residential building lots (including the existing home) on the premises located at 2509 Creek Road, Hainesport, New Jersey and designated as Block 104, Lots 2.01, 3, 4 and 5.13 on the Township of Hainesport Tax Map.
