PLANNING BOARD CITY OF HOBOKEN NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 7:00 o’clock P.M., TDC/Ursa Hoboken Sales Center, LLC shall make application and there shall be a hearing before the Planning Board of the City of Hoboken at the Hoboken City Hall, Newark and Washington Streets, Hoboken, New Jersey, on an application for Amended Preliminary And Final Site Plan Approval and such other design waivers and/or variances as may be necessary so as to permit the construction of a building with five residential floors containing 54 units over one floor containing an approximately 813sf commercial/retail space and ground level parking containing 54 parking spaces on property commonly known as 1125-1131 Jefferson Street, 457 12th Street and 1124-1130 Adams Street, Block 104, Lots 13-21, Hoboken, New Jersey in the Northwest Redevelopment Area Zone 1 Sub-Area 1 zoning district pursuant to the City of Hoboken Zoning Ordinance. The Applicant is the owner of the property. Anyone affected by the application may have an opportunity to be heard at the meeting as set forth above. All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. in the office of the Secretary of the Planning Board at City Hall, Newark and Washington Streets, Hoboken, New Jersey.
