  County of Hudson  Notice to Respondents   Notice is hereby given that Proposals will be received by the County of Hudson, State of New Jersey at the Administration Building Annex, Hudson County Freeholders Chambers, 567 Pavonia Avenue, 3rd Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07306 on August 12, 2014 at 11:00 AM prevailing time, and at that time and place publicly opened and read for the following: PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL PLANNING SERVICES  TO PREPARE THE HUDSON COUNTY MASTER PLAN, PARKS MASTER PLAN, COMPRHENSIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN   This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being publicly advertised and any firm or person licensed in the State of New Jersey may reply with a Technical Proposal. Jersey City Planning Board Grants Final Major Site Plan Approval for 53 Story Building

Bayonne’s High Hat Site Getting Ready for a High Time

  PUBLIC NOTICE PLANNING BOARD OF  THE CITY OF BAYONNE   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Baker Residential Limited Partnership (“Applicant”) has submitted an application to the Planning Board of the City of Bayonne (the “Board”) (calendar #P-14-007) for preliminary and final major site plan approval to permit a development of a four-story building comprised of 248 residential units, constructed over a single level parking garage and at-grade parking with related amenities at 190 West 54th Street which is located at the westerly terminus of 53rd and 54th Streets. Town of Kearny Planning Board to hear Industrial Redevelopment

  NOTICE OF HEARING   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:  Donald M. Pepe, Esq., on behalf of Ridge Crossing, LLC (the “Applicant”) has filed an application with the Planning Board of the Town of Kearny (the “Board”) with respect to Block 134, Lot 6 (including Lots 7 & 8) on the Tax Map of the Town of Kearny, more commonly known as 590 Belleville Turnpike (the “Property”), which Property is located within the boundaries of the Planned Industrial Development District of the Industrial Park Redevelopment Plan and which property is located within 200′ of the property owned by you.
