PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of Eatontown, Monmouth County, New Jersey, will conduct a public hearing on December 9, 2013 at a regular meeting beginning at 7:30 pm in the Municipal Building 2nd Floor, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown for the purpose of adopting the revised Eatontown Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Housing as an Appendix to the adopted 2007 Master Plan of the Borough of Eatontown. The final version of the Housing Plan Element & Fair Share Housing document, is on file at the Office of the Borough Clerk, Eatontown Municipal Building, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, NJ and is available for review during normal business hours.

The Housing Authority of the City of Summit, New Jersey is seeking proposals from Attorneys/Law Firms for General Legal Services for the fiscal year January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. Only sealed proposals in an envelope marked “2014 Legal Services” from qualified professionals will be accepted no later than 1:00 PM (prevailing time) on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at the Summit Housing Authority, 512 Springfield Avenue, Summit, NJ 07901 Attention: Joseph M. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Ocean acting in its capacity as the Township of Ocean Redevelopment Committee (the “Committee”) will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 6:00 P.M. in the Township of Ocean Town Hall at 50 Railroad Avenue, Waretown, New Jersey, County of Ocean.
The Application is made by MBI Development Inc. (the “Applicant”) concerning the property identified as Block 41, Lots 25, 26, 27, 28, 29.03, 29.07, 30, and 36.01 on the Tax Map of the Township of Ocean.
The Applicant seeks to construct a three story 76 Unit Residential Structure for age restricted (senior) affordable rental housing.
The purpose of the hearing is to make a determination that the proposed Plan is consistent with the legal requirements of the Township of Ocean Economic Redevelopment Plan together with any and all other approvals that the Committee may require or deem appropriate.

TOWNSHIP OF HOWELL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. the Planning Board of Howell Township will hold a hearing on the application of Custom Homes of NJ, LLC. The hearing will be held at the Municipal Building, 4567 Route 9, Howell, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of this application are located at Aldrich Road, Howell Township, New Jersey. Said premises are also known as Block 54.01, Lots 11 and 12 located in the R-3 zone.
The application is for Amended Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision and Woodlands Management approval to subdivide the property into 18 lots, 17 lots for residential single family dwellings and one lot for storm-water management. The applicant previously received Preliminary Subdivision approval. The applicant will also seek approval to eliminate the proposed duplex COAH unit and make a payment to the Township in lieu thereof. The applicant will also seek relief from the requirement of minimum front yard setback for lots 11.01 and 11.18 and perimeter buffer for lots 11.01, 11.02 and 11.18.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection, during normal business hours. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
